Founded in 1994, the Dunlap Highland Band is Maine's longest running Scottish bagpipe and drum band. Our mission, since the band's inception, has been to teach and promote the musical traditions of Celtic culture. To do this, we teach Scottish style bagpiping and drumming to the public, at not cost to the student. 

The Dunlap Highland Band is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization incorporated in the state of Maine and recognized by the IRS for tax-exempt status. A copy of our IRS 'Letter of Determination' can be provided as a guarantee donations are tax-deductible.
